Predefined templates that you have created, by saving the template under a new name, can be
deleted. For information, refer to Deleting a Predefined Template on page 43.
Once generated, a report can be printed, emailed, or exported, as explained in Working with Historical
Reports on page 45.

Launching the Open Window
You work with predefined templates from the Open window. The Open window displays a list of
predefined templates to choose from, options to view only public and/or private templates in the list,
and buttons to customize, generate, print, and delete templates.
To launch the Open window, click File > Open in Enterprise Contact Center Reports or click the Open
Existing Template icon.
Viewing Only Public and/or Private Templates
Predefined templates are categorized as public or private. Public templates are available to anyone
who uses Enterprise Contact Center Reports and can be modified by authorized users. Private
templates can only be used and modified by you. Contact your system administrator if you want to
modify public templates, but are unable to do so.
By default, the Open window displays the list of all available public templates. You can filter this list to
show only your private templates, or all public and private templates.
